"The staff were incredibly helpful. Although clean, the hotel appeared to be in need of some upkeep. The location was safe and very walkable. Overall, we had a nice stay. "
"The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station."
"The hotel is recently renovated, and very cleanThe rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. It's close to the port, where we took the ferry. It's located in an area with many restaurants, and the owner's service was excellent."
"The Hotel Fieri was a great choice for our family. Good location and amenities. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. "
"This is a lovely old well maintained hotel at top of Gjirokaster with great views over valley and hills. Rooms were in excellent condition and breakfast was amazing - the best we had anywhere in Albania. Highly recommended."
"Really nice new hotel, we enjoyed our stay here. The staff were really helpful with everything we asked for, our rooms were cleaned every day, the rest was spotless. The breakfast was good and the vibe was tranquil and calm compared to the bustle of peak season Ksamil.
Thanks."

"Great hotel, staff were super friendly, pool was lovely and not too crowded at all!
Food/drink was slightly pricier than offsite but still worth it for a few drinks by the pool"
"The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience. "
"Cute little hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely splurge on the sea facing rooms, the balcony was the highlight of our stay. I believe it’s run by a husband/wife Albanian duo and staffed by a few of the kindest Pilipino women. Everyone was very helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and beach towels were provided daily.
A few things I would have liked to know before booking or upon check in:
Parking costs extra and is down the street. Not a problem but it was a bit hard to find. A map would have been useful.
The hotel provides passes for beach chairs and the beach down the street. A huge plus and something we loved but a map of how to find it would also have been useful.
It is a bit noisy, walls are thin and music from the bars goes on until about midnight, but wasn’t a huge problem for us.
The door handle of our room was broken the whole time, as was the toilet seat. Not a big problem, both worked well enough but I was surprised that neither were fixed.

"If you want to be in the heart of Berat, then this is your spot. It is the finest hotel in the city. It is a very large hotel with superior amenities. If you are looking for quaint little mom and pop type accommodation, then you will want to go a different direction. You can walk to most all attractions Berat has to offer from this location. "
